Corporate Cultures founder Joel Goldberg has been involved with measurement and change of organizational culture since 1985. He began research in the field while a graduate student at Harvard University, where he earned his Masters degree. He continued this work at Cornell University, where he earned his Ph.D.

Dr. Goldberg joined the Organizational Change practice of Price Waterhouse where he was a Senior Management Consultant. During his tenure, he worked with large and small organizations and government agencies facilitating a variety of culture, compliance, process, and change projects.

He founded Corporate Cultures to further refine his research in corporate culture and change, and to offer the most advanced culture measurement tools available. Dr. Goldberg maintains his relationships with his academic colleagues to integrate the most advanced theories and techniques into Corporate Cultures products and services.

Joel has direct and extensive experience working with organizations in the Manufacturing, Technology, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, and Retail Industries.

Dr. Goldberg was selected to present on the topic of organizational culture to over 125 Senior Directors at the United States Department of Commerce.
