Corporate Culture Survey

An exploration of the values of an organization

CCS looks at the organization's values and the values or the values in use. It helps determine to what extent the values are compatible with or contradictory values. It helps determine the hierarchy of values, how that affects success within the organization and the success of the organization as a whole. It can help limit the conflicts in the organization that relate to performance.

The results provide highly practical and actionable insights. We work with you to offer detailed advice and recommendations to achieve your desired goals. We help you define the current culture, see the ideal culture you seek, and determine how to narrow the gap between them.

Reports can include: written analysis, explanation of the values and the contradictions that exist within the organization, significant themes and trends, and the compatibility of employees to the values and/or proposed changes.

Ethics Survey
An accurate indicator of behavior regarding ethical decision-making and action

Our approach asks people to describe decisions they have made that involve ethics, values and compliance. We analyze responses and develop a report of the ethical values; this can be used to accurately determine behaviors that will most likely occur in future situations. It is a practical method to evaluate ethical behavior in an organization and to find ways to manage or change it.

Ethical Risk Assessment
Evaluates the risk for unethical behavior in the organization

This is a second phase of the Ethics Survey that identifies areas that might be at risk for behaving unethically, and suggests individualized or programmatic approaches to minimize the risk. An interview-based exploration used in Risk Management programs.  This qualitative process provides a wealth of detail about the situation the organization is in. It is an interactive process that allows for deeper analysis and leads more readily to action.

Organizational Analysis
A detailed measurement and description of the important forces present within the organization

This process explores the organization from a systems level and draws connections between symptom and cause. It can be used to benchmark attitudes to establish a baseline for change assessment and its progress, identify problems and opportunities for improvement, improve teamwork, discover where support for and resistance to change exists, and/or find solutions from within the organization.

Change Readiness Survey
Measures the forces that limit or support the acceptance of change

This assessment anticipates the likelihood of success of a change effort, evaluated by stakeholder groups. It suggests specific avenues for overcoming resistance to change, which can include education and communication, participation and involvement, facilitation and support, negotiation and agreement, manipulation and cooperation, and explicit and implicit coercion.

Merger and Acquisition Compatibility Assessment
Measures the critical actions required in merging

This is a specific form of cultural assessment that evaluates each culture and provides a compatibility comparison that analyzes the specific concerns in joining two or more organizations. Options are suggested that help the client identify the optimum culture and take into consideration the likelihood of each adapting to the new culture. Helps avoid assumptions about the dominant culture.
